Group and one-to-one classes of Hormonal Yoga for women’s health
HORMONAL YOGA WAS CREATED TO HELP WOMEN AND THEIR DELICATE STATE OF HEALTH.
Its creator is Dinah Rodrigues, a yoga teacher and psychologist who, inspired by specific Hatha and Tantra yoga techniques, has created a unique therapeutic sequence dedicated to rebalancing women’s hormonal and neurological systems. Thanks to the constant practice of the Hormonal Yoga sequence, many women have found relief, and in some cases, resolution, to various symptoms related to menopause, menstrual cycle, fibroids, polyps, osteoporosis, endometriosis.
THE ASANA SEQUENCE CREATED BY DINAH RODRIGUES IS DYNAMIC, WITH A FOCUS ON FEMALE PHYSIOLOGY; IT SUPPORTS THE FUNCTION OF THE HORMONE-PRODUCING GLANDS.
The sequence stimulates the ovaries, hormone production, adrenal glands, pituitary and thyroid glands with an internal massage. A balanced and strong hormonal system has a beneficial impact on both the physical, mental and emotional health of the body and the general level of vitality.

How the course is structured
During the classes, we will learn the sequence step by step, exploring ujjai and pranayama breathing techniques, bandhas, mantras, mudras and individual asanas, until we are able to practice the sequence with ease.
The weekly classes, both available at the Yoga Studio and on line, are structured as follows:
- The first 7 classes to learn all facets of the sequence;
- The subsequent classes to help you integrate the practice into your daily life by creating, through the execution of the sequence, a harmonious group energy that will support, motivate and inspire you to remain constant in your practice.
